At its core is Fire in the Kitchen, LLC, a consulting arm where decades of R&D, product development, and commercialization experience come to life for brands looking to build, fix, or scale food products the right way.
That foundation feeds directly into Underground Pizza House and its mobile counterpart, Underground Pizza Truck, LLC—a speakeasy-inspired concept known for elevated, small-batch pizza built on technique, fermentation, and bold flavor.
Rounding out the ecosystem is Underground Commissary, LLC, a purpose-built commercial kitchen designed not only to support Ray’s own operations, but to provide a much-needed home base for other food entrepreneurs in the region.
